Our AAMI/CBET-trained technicians diagnose the fault, confirm the repair with you and carry it out to the manufacturer’s service procedure. Where parts are needed we source them, and where the repair needs the OEM — a proprietary part, software or a warranty claim — we coordinate with the manufacturer so you are not left managing two suppliers.

Before a repaired device goes back into clinical use it is performance-checked and electrical-safety tested. The repair, the parts used and the test results are recorded against the device in the portal, so the next person to look at its history sees exactly what happened.

Questions

Do you repair equipment from any manufacturer?

We service equipment across critical care and monitoring, surgical and infection control, dental, imaging accessories and veterinary categories, and coordinate with the OEM when a repair needs proprietary parts or software.

Will we know the cost before the repair?

Yes. You receive a quote after diagnosis, and the repair proceeds only once you approve it.

Can we track the repair?

Yes. Every request gets a case reference, and the case, its status, updates and quotes are visible in your client portal.
