Canadian field service for medical equipment manufacturers

A manufacturer without its own technicians in Canada still needs installations, maintenance and repairs done properly — and proven.

NEO works as the Canadian field arm for medical equipment manufacturers and as a subcontractor for other service organisations. We carry out installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and repair on your behalf for customers in Toronto, the Greater Toronto Area and across Canada, following your service procedures.

Our technicians are AAMI/CBET-trained, and we arrange OEM training for the equipment we service for you. Every job produces a signed record — work performed, parts used, test results — that you can review, so your customer receives the service you promised and you have the documentation behind it.

We also handle the coordination that sits around the work: scheduling with the end customer, parts logistics, and escalation to your technical support when a fault needs it. NEO is working toward ISO 13485, and our records are designed to fit into a manufacturer’s quality system.
